DTM Brian
to piss you off, apparently. Not sure I am pissed about it. Just does not make sense. Now I know why the cost of shipping continues to go up. Increased fuel consumption in the vehicles in which it is traveling in along with the increased number of people to handling my package. Yes. I just said that.
justinwebb
probably threw it on the wrong truck, it will come back lol. Mine made it a state over before they caught it
JuicedH22
Maybe the columbus warehouse it went to is a distribution center only? (only distributes incoming packages and outgoing packages to other facilities)... but yea, that's fucking stupid.
Patterson
They can only make Right-Hand turns. UPS LOL
1fast5gp
I don't know for sure, but here is my guess, the package went to a regional processing/sorting facility in Columbus. It is ran and sorted by computers mostly. Then it went to the the nearest local sorting facility, which is in Maumee ohio, it gets sorted and send to the Obetz distribution center where it gets sorted and put on trucks to be delivered. It may look stupid but the logistic geniuses at UPS probably know what they are dong.
BigOxley
UPS has recently been fucking up kettlebells from Rogue Fitness. How do you fuck up a kettlebell? A buyer said "lt looked like UPS dragged it behind the truck."
Avenger1647545502
I had a heavy rifle barrel arrive from UPS noticeably BENT. This thing was better than 1.25 inches thick, made of seriously dense steel, and they BENT IT a good 7-8 degrees.
El Karacho1647545492
They can only make Right-Hand turns. UPS LOL This is mostly true but it's a good thing. Right-turn-heavy routes save time/gas/money.
Duff1647545513
Complain and they'll usually refund the shipping costs you paid when something like that happens. Since it came from out of state, it should've ended up at the hilliard hub and delivered from there. Just save the tracking sheet
Patrick
UPS confuses me. I had a package go from Cincinnati to Florida, then work its way back to Ohio, before finally being delivered to my house in Columbus. It was also mildly screwed up. Tractor
I get a ton of stuff sent to my house monthly and it seems to depend what part of the country it comes from. I do hate when I see something show up in Obetz because it usually means another day or two of routing before it arrives at my door. Especially if its USPS via FedEx. Not usually so bad when its UPS, most things for me come in through Marion or Maumee.

jeffro
likely a mistake. UPS has a giant hub down on the south end of columbus. Ive had things come from out of state that go straight that that location to my door. Never have i had anything go from columbus, to out of town then to my door. motozachl
I used to work sorting/loading. Most likely got sent to a wrong truck, that job is rough and have to memorize hundreds of zip codes.
