DSM1290 Posted January 31, 2013 Report Share Posted January 31, 2013 I have a 92 Dodge Spirit I have replaced the rear wheel cylinders and the master cylinder. I can bleed the brakes just fine with the car off. I get nice pressure stream at all four corners. But as soon as you turn the car on the pedal goes to the floor and does not build any pressure. Sidenote: If you build pressure before you turn the car on the "dash brake warning light" doesn't come on until you hit the pedal for the first time. But if you haven't built any pressure before you start the car, it starts with the dash brake warning light on. I was thinking the brake booster is bad any other thoughts or ideas would be great.
