I told him he'd probably have a hard time doing it himself (because S8) but offered to at least look up the cost of one. How hard can it be? Holy fuck. It's a v10 with, I think, 6 or 8 O2 sensors. I couldn't be sure since the O2 sensors were for certain cylinder groupings and I didn't even have a complete listing of the cylinders among all the O2s I listed. The chance of finding the right one on the first try was about nil, so I told him to just go to a shop rather than start shotgunning parts at the car. Nobody has really picked it apart too far yet. The S8 runs an upgraded motor & turbos vs 4.0L in the S6/S7. All we know from Dyno's is it's very underrated from the factory. 520hp is really around 580Hp. After a tune, the car should be nuts. Last year with just a flash I went 12.2 and was trapping 116.x Have full de-cat now so I'm hoping to get into the 11's. Don't do a lot of drag racing to be honest.
