I still don't think it's those guys, since the one photo is after the explosions and they are still wearing their backpacks. I carry a Swiss Army back pack for work and it's rounded like that. The pockets grow progressively smaller obviously, but once I have my power bars, headphones, sunglasses in a case, etc. in their the back eventually looks like that. I personally love the fact that the FBI was so able to capture images and video like this. The pictures circulating with the two males with backpacks hanging around the finish area with their backpacks and "weren't watching the race" just happened to be of two people who finished the race and had backpacks full of their belongings.
