Ramsey Posted May 3, 2013 Report Share Posted May 3, 2013 I watched this "punk" kid climb out of his hood rat mobile in traffic to help this very old man who fell off his bike and was trying to get up. I was a few cars back but the car directly behind him honk and yelled at him to get out of the way. The kid flipped him off and help the old man cross the street.
