I'm okay with completely wiping the laptop out and restoring it to the day I bought it. I just don't know how. If you are in Columbus and can help me I'd glady pay you in ammo, cigars, or money. A lot of the newer laptops, you can pretty F12 or F10 during boot up and it will give you an option to do a factory restore. it's quite simple as long as you don't want to back anything up. send me a PM with any questions, I have no problem helping you out.
