looking for new studio space

Not really sure where to put this..

 

Im going to be needing a new studio space soon.

 

I have a pretty low budget (300 a month likely)

 

Looking for somethign thats got room for a desk and my setup- doesnt need to be huge but needs windows and to be on the west side.

 

My previous space was in a warehouse that had offices.

 

If you know of any off the wall, random empty locations that might fit the bill, hit me up. I have to find something before the holidays get here.
