I'm not seeing it...at least not for PS4

I already looked too, the sale isn't for the 4th gen consoles, only the 3rd gen BUT it comes with that code where you pay the extra $9.99 to download it to the PS4's HD(unless your like me and rather have the physical copy in hand)

By the way if you use the code you still need to put the ps3 game in the ps4 every time you play it I believe.

you are correct and that's why I refuse to redeem into their limited time upgrade scheme for an additional $9.99
