Yeah it's a drift car, but...

In all seriousness, a drift car isn't setup much different than any circuit car.

Drift cars don't typically devote that much attention to aero, for obvious reasons. In fact, the article says,

It’s one imposing car that’s for sure, not really standing out as a drift car per se, but that was never really the goal. Enrico wanted to create something wild, and he took some inspiration from Nakai-san’s RWB 911s, which is why the carbon exterior wears screwed-on fender flares front and back. The obvious amount of front and rear aero isn’t really something you would see on a drift car that’s for sure, especially that high-set rear wing and the extended rear diffuser. Enrico plans to enter a variety of drift competitions and championships around Europe in the next year and is probably also going to have a go at the odd time attack attempt. After seeing our coverage of the Gatebil events he is also seriously thinking about taking the car up to Norway.

It looks more like a time attack car more than anything else, which is really the only sort of sanctioned road course racing he could do with a 1000hp crazy-ass build like that, but in the classes he'd be running in the aero really isn't aggressive enough. And then you see the nitrous bottle and the brakes and you realize that this is more of a show/shop car than anything else. But still badass.

Greg, he is talking about drift cars in general. Suspension setup wise a proper setup drift car is very simular suspension setup as time attack car.

Saying that because of the brake setup and nitrous setup makes you realize that this is a shop/ show car shows how much you don't understand the setup of a drift car.

Again in response to your aero comment, this car is over the top aero is with out a doubt more circuit car style but you would be amazed how many drift teams use aero to their advantage.
