TurboNova
Who can make crimped hydraulic lines local or I guess mail order if price is right. Looking to change my trans cooler lines to something stronger and safer and crimped is as good as it gets.
gbracing81
Hersh Packing off of 33 behind the speedway on Bowen rd made my oil lines. I had mine made with JCI fittings good well into the 1000's psi working pressure. I've also used them several hundred times for hydralic lines when I used to do bucket truck work. Here is their website. http://www.hershpacking.com/
Cordell
Seems to me we had NAPA do some, you may call them and ask.

Rocky31186
Like I said on Facebook I can do them if you tell me what your plans are. we make all our own hyd lines for our superbrooms, plows, etc. Most line we have is 4k psi Hersh packing is good and midstate. TurboNova
thanks guys what do you do to adapt the hydraulic line hose ends to AN stuff?... I have -6 fittings on the trans case and the cooler assembly
TurboNova
does a JIC fitting match up to an thread?
GSXRAntwon
Yes, JIC is their industrial variant. The two are interchangeable in theory, though this is typically not recommended due to the exacting specifications and demands of the aerospace industry. TurboNova
^ all they do is -4. Im also concerned about temps it appears most standard hyd line is good to between 215-250. thats not going to cut it
KKND385
Why not just run the steel braided stuff with AN fittings?
TurboNova
I want teflon crimped stuff. Best temp and psi properties.. Been trying to make things as safe as possible on my car... the breather puke tank, coolant puke tank, and trans puke tank are all mounted in the trunk of car behind the tires. I run a belly pan under the engine... just one last thing to be safe about. Temps get pretty warm on the tbrake building boost. teflon is good to 450 degrees and not that its needed but crimp fittings hold 1000 + psi
