6.0 block for sale

Bought this block last year with the intention of building a motor for my Trans Am. Since the T/A is sold, I need to clear out room in the garage. I've done nothing with it since I bought it except put it on an engine stand.

A bit confused- it says machine work was done, but talks about the OEM cross hatch still looking good, and its at stock bore.

 

Do you know hat was done?
