2002 chevrolet avalanche for sale

Mom decided to finally sell the avalanche to get a new tow rig. It has 97,000 miles. It.also has a supercharged 8.1 big block Chevrolet. Has no issues other than a.constant belt squeal. Techs has looked at it and has tried to resolve it with no luck.

What was the resolution of it previously going into limp mode on a regular basis?

After many attempts to fix kt, it turned out to be a bad throttle body. After replacing it with a new one from GM, it hasn't had any problems other than the belt squeal.

Damn. What kind of torque does it make?

We have no idea. According to the internet, it makes 650 lbs of torque. It was enough to outrun a 7.3 powerstroke up a hill with similar weighted trailer. It was my cousin's and he said he had it floored and couldn't keep up with the avalanche which my mom, a 60 year old lady, was driving.

How does it do on gas? Can you post a video of the belt squeal?

We were able to get about 13 highway driving unloaded. 7 MPG loaded regardless of load, inclines etc.

 

I will try to do that today. Pops is driving it.now that his primary truck sold.
