smokinHawk1647545499
interested talking to a lawyer about a harassment case Fiance'e works a a government funded nonprofit organization where there is a lot of racial discrimination, racial harassment, and some sexual harassment. It make her job very difficult to perform and has been causing her so much grief. She wants to quit cause she can barely deal with it, but with supporting a child she has to find a job with similar pay, though it is not like they pay her a lot and told her she will never get an increase (with other people of a different ethnicity receive raises). So does anyone know a lawyer that works in this field. thanks.
El Karacho1647545492
I am not a lawyer but: DOCUMENT EVERYTHING. Anything she can record; emails, calls, anything. Even if she can't physically record anything, document the dates and times that incidents occur. Build a file, that'll only help her case. I think gov't funded nonprofit is different than being gov't employee.
smokinHawk1647545499
yes a little bit. Also management has on several occasions told employees to break laws and regulations, which they refused to do.
