caseyctsv
Anyone here do foundation / concrete work? Apparently one of the footers under my garage split or washed away. I got an estimate but wondered if someone here does that work or has a recommendation. TTQ B4U
Ouch! How long does the builder cover such things?
caseyctsv
House was built in 1992...outside of any warranty. Thankfully there is no basement on that side of the house. The estimate was not that bad, would just rather give the business to someone here or someone who comes recommended.

93 RX-7
Who is the builder? I am pretty sure M/I and Dominion offer 30 year structural warranties. There was one that offered 40 years.
STEVE-O
Who is the builder? I am pretty sure M/I and Dominion offer 30 year structural warranties. There was one that offered 40 years. Not close dominion, Diyanni, Ryan etc offers a 10 year structural. Mi does however offer a 30 but almost never gets covered as they try and use every excuse of neglect etc to not have to cover it. bdhill
contact the builder...escalate the calls if they aren't proactive. I have had many situations where they come right out and make repairs...they do not want bad press.
caseyctsv
The builder was Kingwood Homes....I don't even think they are around anymore but I will look into it
Lora
I hear B-level is pretty reasonable. I am pretty sure they do free estimates.
Akula
I have had Sam do work for me. I would have him take a look at it.
zeitgeist57
I hear B-level is pretty reasonable. I am pretty sure they do free estimates. Just was talking to an older family friend this weekend who had B-Level fix some sunken parts of their driveway and a crumbled walkway. Looked great, and only cost them a grand for what looked like a lot more work than that. I'll always back Sam as a first choice, but was told these are "good Christian boys" who also cleaned up and treated these old folks well
