Need a new thermostat for your house?

Here is a pretty cool thermostat that I got an e-mail about at work (I work for an Emerson company) and the e-mail gives a discount code for employees, friends and family. What advantage does te honeywell one have? I need a new one but have not researched what one to get yet

The Honeywell connects to the internet and displays the current outside temp and I believe forecast on its color screen. It's also a more matured product with a matured app.

I have a base model Honeywell wifi and it's nice. I should have opted for a higher end model but overall, I like it MUCH better than the Nest it replaced.

I just put in a thermostat and ended up getting a LUX t-stat. I had traditionally gone with honeywell but the features and reviews were really good on this unit.
