Pro-Form 860 treadmill - $100 obo

Works great and has supported my big ass. The padding, suspension and belt was replaced at the beginning of last year.

This also folds up to store.

About 5' long and 2' in depth, been using it to sit drinks and pool table accessories on. (I can measure for exact size if needed)

Centre Spot Pool Table - $700 OBO

*Centre Spot table (can't remember the exact size can measure if interested)

*1" slate, green felt. Various weight valley sticks, racks, cleaning brushes, dice, rule book, chalk, and vinyl cover table was right around $1300 not including delivery and extras.

I have two sets of balls, I'd prefer to keep the Aramith set (the shiny ones) as they were $150 some odd dollars but if someone would really like to have them with the table I'll throw in both sets.

Price is definitely negotiable, may even be interested in a trade for something easier to carry It would definitely need to have the legs taken off to get it out of the basement and with it being a 1" slate its pretty hefty (not sure on the exact weight). I also have two bar-esque looking hanging lamps that will go with it unless they are not wanted.
