Got it as a warranty phone about 3 months ago and has been in the case ever since. Phone has no signs of wear and the screens perfect. Comes with otterbox commuter (lime green and blue), charger and earbuds. Asking $300 firm - that's cheaper than eBay and craigslist but you get a $40 otterbox too.
