oh8sti
Subaru should release a 480hp STi and actually do it right.
carl1647545492
I wish they would!,a high 400 hp Subie would make a killer DD and all round car..will they? If they get more heat from Ford and Audi then it will probably help,300 is just meh these days.
GSXRAntwon
Subaru should release a 480hp STi and actually do it right. It still wouldn't beat the EVO, never had, never will

Single greatest post of 2014. Only because you used the word slagging. Thank you Carl.
Turbs3000
I kind of love some of the points in there if they stay true. Only a manual, only in black. I like the name 'Final Concept' as well. It seems they went all out with the goodies as well.

Mojoe
Seriously thoug, I like that they are doing this. I think the weak point will be the transmission. I didn't read where they were bringing in Shepard to build them for these cars.

Second Gen
If HKS is really doing some of the performance upgrades the trans will be beef'ed up and most likey have a twin clutch too. I have a friend that has a 2011 Evo X and a fun car to drive (Has most bolt on's and about 340 to the wheels). Plus 100 ponies would be a different car. Only real squak with the car is it creaks / rattles. Assume poor build quality as the car has less than 35K on it..

El Karacho1647545492
With the kind of price they'll be charging I don't know why you wouldn't just step up a little in budget and get a Hellcat or RS4 or something along those lines. Hell of a lot more luxury/useability, I'm sure the EvoX will do some things better but not enough. If it comes in under $50k, it'll be a very good value though. ghost1647545489
FYI subaru has the ESX "Red Dragon" found a couple for sale, but only the 355hp ones so far. While I love it, I would never pay $64k http://www.mastroautogroup.com/new-Tampa-2015-Subaru-ESX+STi-Limited-JF1VA2U64F9809332 http://www.torquenews.com/1084/new-ali-afshar-esx-sti-special-edition-subaru-wrx-sti-arriving-now
