Lunch at work

My lunch is tuna and a yogurt almost every day. Boring as hell, but I get a good source of protein and healthy fats from it. I have a protein bar for a morning snack as well. I did the rice and chicken thing for a long time too. Might go back to that for awhile to change it up. Much easier to make a bunch of both on Sunday and have stuff ready to go for the week.
