Took the head off today, and yup...2nd cracked head. I love this car, I simply don't have time for it anymore. $1,000 Almost new struts/shocks - brakes fixed, newer tires. Everything worked on it (PW/PL/AC/Cruise) but with the engine apart I'm just not going to try to swap anything into it. Look up BMW E36 projects...PERFECT candidate for a V8 swap - LS, 5.0...
