Happy Father's Day to all you out there who are embracing one of life's greatest privileges and biggest responsibilities. Mothers are important but based on my mentoring of troubled teens it is the father that can make the biggest difference. You can almost guarantee a troubled teen has an absent or unsupportive father. It is never too late to get involved with your kids if you are not doing your part now!

My kids brought me breakfast in bed and then we watched cartoons on the couch with one one each arm. Life is good. Happy Father's Day to all the dads.

My 14 year old daughter isn't even out of bed yet, but I went and saw my Dad for a bit this morning.

 

Happy Father's day to all the Dads.

-started the day with a little 'Good Book' time

-finally put up my pull up bar in the basement

-some water time with Jax (my son)

-20 mile training ride for Pelotonia

-practiced some chip shots with my neighbor in the empty lots by our house

-ended the night with dinner with my little man and my two beautiful women

 

....yup, it was a pretty darn good day...
