mrs.cos
We have LG as well and they were peices of junk. The dryer tub is LITERALLY spun the tub apart - the welds split and the tub essentially exploded (not violently, thanks god).. the Washer has had the bearings replaced twice... We replaced the dryer with a Maytag mid level model and its been AWESOME. Its huge, only cost like 400bucks and i know if it breaks i myself can fix it. We will be doing something similar when the LG looses its third bearing (which its working on now)
Mojoe
Joe we found some good deals at http://www.searsoutlet.com/DUBLIN/d/store.jsp?store=7592#/ We bought our LG washer and dryer 10 years ago. has worked without a hiccup. Thanks Guys. I have a $550 rebate coming from Menards, so I'm leaning toward them. LG seems to have some hit and miss on reliability. Although I have read more good than bad.
