I have 5 offers pending right now on houses- only have the money for 2, but I have a good shot on all of them. I also have an interview with a real estate company on Thursday to be a buying agent. The upside on this is that they give me leads, I have no overhead cost, etc. BUT, I have to split all my work 50/50 with the head agent. It'll be a nice transition from walking away from a steady salary because I don't have the 3-6 month ramp up time that most agents have- I'd pretty much hit the ground running in a month.
