Anyone know anything about appliances?

Have an electric Whirlpool oven with a digital temperature set. It's not heating up properly so I replaced the thermostat for $74

Tested it:

350 = about 250 after about 20 minutes

375 = 290-300

400 is right

What is going on?

Replacing the motherboard is the next recommendation at about $200 ugh.

Unfortunately with a lot of appliances it ends up being easier and slightly more expensive to just get a new one. That seems to be what most end up doing.

Sure its not the heating element? Mine went was working poorly then eventually just broke. Cost like 11 bucks and ten minutes to fix. The elements break down overtime and my actually crumbled when i removed it.

Worth a shot if it's not that expensive. Thanks
