Futon for sale

A buddy of mine bought it for his daughter when she was able to move into her own place at college (2yrs) and I bought it when my boy moved into his own place at college (2 years).

 

So it's 4 years old still in very good shape as my son kept it in his bedroom so not a loy of seat time on it. When we moved it in last year I fell asleep on it while we waited for his mom to make it down, it comfortable.

The middle folds down to a table with 2 drink holders and folds flat to a single bed.

 

It does have a few scuffs and the legs have a few nicks. I paid $150 for it so I'm asking $100 for it.
