We moved into our place a little over 5 years ago and it didn't have a dishwasher; that's a no go in our house, dishes would never get done without one. We are only selling this because we are towards the end of a major kitchen renovation which allowed us to go with a built in dishwasher. ...should be an easy sell. Let's hope so, I'm a little behind on these cabinet installs over my winter holiday shutdown.
