Any weldrs on CR do side work? Off road bumper

My front bumper arrived for the 4runner. I plan to weld it up myself but my welder isn't in Columbus and I'm way out of practice. If anyone on CR is interested for a reasonable price, I'd pay to get it done more quickly.

The kit is all notched and made to be packed up on the truck as a jig. Pretty easy for an amateur welder from what I've read.

 

It's a Coastal off-road bumper.

Not sure, you tell me, lol. I know it needs to be worth someone's time. I had/have full intentions of welding it up myself, just not sure when I'm going to be able to get that done.
