Looks like the geissele cantilever mount. They have multiple heights as well. Thats a steal of a deal.

It’s definitely a cheap knock off of the Geissele mount which costs 325.00. Ideally you would use this on a scope with a bell that is no larger than 44 mm. But, the most popular application would be an optic somewhere in the 1 to 6 range.
