Maybe try Lucore Automotive, they have a fetish for PowerStrokes, I don't know if they do tuning but they may point you in a good direction. Mine only has 147k and it has been an absolute terd, that's with deletes, head studs, etc. Hindsight is 20/20. Electrical grimlins, HPOP went out, weak injectors, etc. The fact that Ford desinged this truck to run the way it does, I was on 161 at 50mph and the IPR took a crap, the engine shut down, I was at the mercy of momentum and no power steering; the truck was dead.
