Technicians are still caring for Bosco at the OSU Veterinary Hospital but said he has made dramatic improvements.Bosco was up and walking around Wednesday with help from his technicians.Therapists used a number of techniques to get Bosco on his feet again.Bosco was shot through the neck on Aug. 22 and originally was paralyzed.
