Please follow his instructions and remember to bring your 3x5 American Flags. In the event of inclement weather come in you’re cage. As most of you know when Shane was injured he was a Corporal in the US Army, he has since been promoted to Sergeant. He was released from Active duty this past week and is returning home. Since September 30 2006 Shane has went through a lot of rehabilitation and his now returning to Civilian life. As the picture above show from that first Christmas at home after there new home was completed Shane and his mother “Cindy” are truly a “SPECIAL TEAM together against the world” as Cindy had told the Stars & Strips in a recent article. There were several organizations involved in making their new home a reality and the Patriot Guard Riders played a small part in making that happen. Now, as Shane makes the transition into civilian life we need to be there when needed for him and his mother. I want them to know they are not alone together against the world. We the Patriot Guard Riders will be there for them. To Cindy and Shane, thank you so much for letting us show our appreciation for serving our country and letting us be a part of your lives.
