• Stephen King will guest star in an episode of the television drama Sons of Anarchy today after being lured by the offer of riding a Harley-Davidson.
  The bestselling author plays a character named Bachman – King wrote a number of his horror novels under the pen name Richard Bachman – who is described in the show's official announcement as "highly skilled in an unusual profession". The television series, about an outlaw motorcycle club in the fictional town of Charming, California, has just started its third season in the US (King appears in the third episode) and is currently showing its second series in the UK.

  King was asked to take part after writing a positive column about the show for Entertainment Weekly. "I like the show, it's one of those shows which seems to have gotten better as it goes along, it's found its groove," he said in a video interview for the channel FX.

  "[Creator] Kurt Sutter got in touch with me [and] said if you're ever out here we'd like to have you on the show. Ordinarily I would say no but he said he'd put me on a Harley, so here I am."

  King also "like to act", he explained on his website – "not that I'm much good at it" – and Sutter "assured me that he'd write me a suitably nasty part (in various films I've been stuck playing a series of mentally challenged country bumpkins)".
  "The bike was just short of awesome: a bright red Harley-Davidson Road-Glide. A little tricked-out for my taste, and if I'd dropped it I never would have been able to pick it up, but I would have been glad to take it home (sadly, no deal). I thought the episode was pretty boring, but did seem to set some crazy shit up in the up coming weeks.

Gemma freaked when her dad went in, so she realized that she couldn't be on the run forever because she wouldn't be able to see her family....That's why she went back to see Abel. Obviously, she called Stahl to turn herself in.

My guess is that by the end of the season, the IRA will be completely slaughtered out in Belfast/Charming and SoA will have to pretty much abandon Charming and go someplace out of the country. Clay will probably not be able to ride anymore, either. (Come on, tying his hands to the bars? )

They can come visit her in prison often, not exactly the case if she's in hiding. (Remember, she's not thinking straight right now.)

Think about it: Remember that Hale is going to be out and someone new will be in and the Mayor was talking to him about the deal with the devil that doesn't serve the purpose anymore. They may be FORCED out.

You can't live on meds forever, though. At some point, it has to stop.

So when Gemma said, "MY son" to Maureen on the phone, you guys think Maureen is really Jax's mother? Just can't see how that logistically played out. So Maureen just gives birth and then hands him over to JT and Gemma?

And what is Jax thinking about giving up info to Stahl about the NorCal connections to the IRA? How is he going to do that without taking down the club?

Can't wait to see the whoopass that they are are going to bring down in Belfast. I'm just trying to figure out why the Army wants to give Abel to some other family rather than back to Jax and why the padre wanted Maureen to call them. Obviously they would come with guns ablazing.

The padre had that call to Charming made because ultimatly he wants SAMCRO to take out Jimmy because of some of his business choices... and who he involves in them... they want "true soilders" not mercenaries.

Jax's deal with Stahl is pushing for a shortened sentance/immunity for their information... honestly, giving the IRA up to Homeland Security he would have a good chance of getting it.

Yeah... I was noticin' that too. I've been tryin' to figure out what Maureen's connection to the club is, as I think she goes back past her current hubby. Also... Did you hear the convo between Gemma & Clay, when she told him "if Jax goes to Belfast... Stones start gettin' turned over" & "I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later"

I've been wondering about Maureen for a while now because she doesn't quite fit in my mind. She may be his mother but I'm not liking that story line at all, so I hope that isn't true.
