Has a 6ft privacy fence in back yard, huge deck, den with fireplace. New windows all around, central air, and natural gas automatic generator.Listing at $149,000(I think that is what the wife said).Feel free to pass this on. Taxes are $2,764.90/yr according to the Franklin County Auditor. With taxes, P/I, home owner's insurance, etc the payment should be around $1200/mo-ish.
