I've lost about 10 pounds since I was last on here, I have a good job...a good outlook on life...and I've learned a lot about myself in the last few months and I like myself a lot better I'm just happy!!Damn, whats the secret? ? For me it was changing the way I think and look at life and waking up every morning choosing to be in a good mood. Does wonders for the soul. I uploaded a few more recent pictures..........
