jnjtrukin
I'm looking to paint some small items like cowls, fairings, helmets, etc... What's the best size, HP, and Max PSI Air Compressor to get for this kind of thing? I won't be doing this as a buisness, just stuff for me tinkering around the garage sort of thing. I'd like to operate some tools of the compressor too such as grinders, and impact wrenches. Any input on what to get/what not to get would be appreciatedThanks, Jason

All that "HP" and "Max PSI" crap is already taken care of.

serpentracer
if you are going to buy an air compressor, might as well get a big one.at least 25-30 gallon. you can start buying impacts etc...but a 25 gallon like mine kicks on a lot when I paint fairings and a tank. it keeps up but not if I painted anything larger I'm sure.
