That wont work with sportbikes, they sit lower than the Harley and the fairings drag. Needs to be curved.

not necessarily. a long enough ramp (8') and a low enough bed (ranger) doesn't require a curved ramp.

I have a home-made wooden ramp that I used for 2 years before picking up my trailer over the winter.

I'm close to dismantling it now that I have an aluminum ramp for the trailer, but I'll post it up here i guess and see if anyone wants it.

it's a little bulky, but it works.

Ah, good point. Didn't consider that...obviously. Sorry, just an old fart on an older bike. Love the look of all the flashy and fast sportbikes on here, but just prefer the feel of my cruiser style. I'll be the first to admit, I never had the b--ls to go as fast as y'all do.

LOL

^ going fast doesn't take balls; it's the waiting until the last possible millisecond to brake and throw it into turn 1 that takes balls. :D

a 2-piece design might work on a taller bed as well. That would essentially give you a 'curved' ramp.

heavy-duty hinges and a pretty simple center support (i drew a box) would give you a 'curved' ramp.

I have one of these and it works great. I use it for atvs and the bike when I need to. you have to buy the wood and hardware for the floor at lowes or somthing but it foldable so it wont take up much space.

if I buy a trailer it will have to be big enough to fit at least 2 bikes and the harbor freight ones won't cut it since one is a big ass freakin cruiser. And at the rate I would need a big trailer I could just borrow my dad's for multiple bikes, its just an absolute pain in the ass to have a 16 or 18' enclosed trailer to take my bike somehwere for a quick weekend jaunt
