I use the Midland BT2 and love them. http://www.midlandradio.com/On-the-Road.LVL/BT2-S I did have to upgrade to the better speakers but they sound good, are bluetooth, will multi home. and in my Shoei I can take a call if need be and people can hear me just fine.

most of their parts are the exact same as cardo... wonder who buys what from who.

I have been experimenting with some new noise isolating earbuds: 3M Peltor EARbud Noise Isolating Headphones 2600N

http://www.amazon.com/3M-Peltor-Isolating-Headphones-Plastic/dp/B00AEY4QP2/ref=sr_1_41?ie=UTF8&qid=1359508739&sr=8-41&keywords=peltor

These fit in my ears kind of like the earplugs I use and nicely attenuate the ambient noise while allowing me to not have to turn up the music very loud.

When I tried speakers, I had to run them up painfully loud to hear above the ambient noise or else I had to turn them up loud enough that they distorted to try to hear them when I was wearing earplugs. Speakers turned up loud with earplugs was the best combination of these two.
