Go to your Profile. Under Preferences, select Yes next to "Always notify me of replies: Sends an e-mail when someone replies to a topic you have posted in. This can be changed whenever you post."

Also, when you Submit a reply to a post, select "Notify me when a reply is posted" RIGHT above the Preview & Submit buttons.
