I was going to say as long as you stay away from Utica and Johnstown you "should" be OK. Got screwed by some little fucktard in Utica once. The one in Johnstown is no better... and yes they are buddies. Both sell stolen shit, and say they will get the titles too you and then they are unfindable. However, the little fag from utica is in Jail, go figure and then I keep flagging the kids stuff from Johnstown on Craigslist.
