Help Windows 7 laptop webpages not displayed

a couple things I could think of that was probably already suggested:

uninstall IE, Firefox, etc. download fresh windows 7 compatible versions of chrome, firefox, ie, opera, whatever from one of your web capable comps, load to USB drive, install on windows 7 comp. I would do this in safe mode without networking, just in case.

possible download spybot and run it in safemode without networking. I would imagine you'll have to load it the same way as above. malwarebytes has always been more effective than spybot, but spybot seems to do a lot from "immunizing" browsers from getting fucked.

i'll try to think of more crap latar.

Using the "immunization" in SBS&D actually CAUSED me a problem.

It was blocking a legitimate site that I needed to access, not sure why. Had to unselect immunization.
