jporter12 Posted February 19, 2011 Author Report Share Posted February 19, 2011 Ok just wondering. from buying target ammo stand point I will shoot 9mm over my 40Yeah, 9mm seems to run about $3-5 cheaper on a box of 50. I did consider that in my decision making, and I decided to keep at least one box of higher quality, defense ammo on hand, if not more, then just buy cheap stuff for plinking, which is the methodology that it seems most people use. I add 10 to that and I'd have the XDM. I just noticed that the ad I was looking at was dated for 2/13 which is the date I bought mine, meaning it SHOULD have been the lower price. I'm not sure I could really justify the extra $110 in price, especially after reading firsthand experiences on the xdtalk.com forums.
