The way the people getting two are reading it, in proper maths, would be 48/(2(9+3)). Unfortunately for them the second set of parentheses does not exist and the poor understanding of order of operations is what's causing this shit.

Honestly at this point I'm not sure if the 2 people are trolling or serious and just completely unable to admit they were wrong about something ultimate utterly insignificant.
