ReconRat
Sell your Harley stock. Indian is the oldest motorcycle manufacturer in the USA. And Polaris already owns Victory motorcycles. If Polaris can put together an Indian motorcycle for mass production at a lower cost, it will be competitive against Harley.Polaris to buy oldest US motorcycle makerPolaris buys legendary Indian Motorcycleedit: before throwing Indian under the bus:WikiThe Indian factory team took the first three places in the 1911 Isle of Man Tourist Trophy Edited April 20, 2011 by ReconRat
motociclista
It's a little late to sell your Harley stock. Fall of 2007 would have been a perfect time to do that. The time to build nostalgic, expensive cruisers that appeal to aging Baby Boomers and not much of anyone else is also past. Bad324
i'm probably one of the few that think it would be cool to see them make a nice, inexpensive cruiser for variety sake

Artmageddon
I doubt Indian goes for the cheap cruiser market. Right now, the cheapest model is 25k. The accessories are expensive enough to make Harley look like Walmart. Unless they do some radical marketing change, they are niche bike for rich, old dudes. Too bad, I like them. RFM
The money is in the brand. T-shirts for $25, that cost 1/100 of that, and do rags with pretty imagery on it. Get capital, and slowly merge the Victory and Indian brands. Phase out Victory, and have a image selling, motorcycle manufacturing powerhouse.Oh, and bring Buell into the mix. Lol!!!
