Uncle Punk Posted April 28, 2011 Report Share Posted April 28, 2011 I have been pulled over by the police while I was letting a 10 year old relative drive a scooter in Cuyahoga County and we were let go. I took him to a parking lot, let him sit in front of me, we rode around the lot until he and I were comfortable then away we went back to the house. He was a very good rider but he does have his own dirt bike so he wasn't new to riding. The cop didn't even make him get behind me when we left he just wanted to make sure it looked like I was the one in control. I'm sure he still talks about it at school.
