Need an Electrician for a friend

Here's the deal. I have a friend who needs an electrician to do some work in her basement. The original electrician really messed up the wiring. I guess there are 3 wires where there should be 4, and 4 wires where there should be 3. A friend of hers took off a wire and it shut off a light, which it shouldn't have done. She also needs a ceiling fan replaced but the wiring needs to be fixed before that gets done. I haven't seen it so this is just what she has said. Is there anyone here that can work on this or know anyone who can? She lives in Gahanna btw.
