It looks to be dynamic keyword insertion. They aren't really using that text in their ad, they are however, bidding on that keyword. (so i guess you can still feel honored).

Forgot to mention, you can stop them too if you'd like...

Ohio Riders isn't a trademark, and Google won't investigate any keyword usage, only trademarked terms in an actual ad itself.

ie. buying "nike" as a keyword is legal. Using "Nike" in an advertisement isn't.
