The training that you should do off the bike. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l7MRzutNM3QI shot several short clips of me doing each exercise, downloaded them to the computer, then reviewed each clip to name it. Then I could compile the various parts much easier.I'm still learning but with time I hope my videos and footage will all get better.
