I guess ABC 6 pulled the modified add today.

To me this is just trickery. I feel as if this add specifically targets old folks.

I normally don't get into political debates. But this was too interesting not to post.

What are your thoughts?

Here is a side by side comparison

I am torn, I come from a family of police officers (i am the black sheep) and i do not want to see my father, brother and his family hurt by this, at the same time i think we need to do something in order to keep this City and Country running and what we have been doing is not working. As far as the add goes i dont think this is anything new. Politics have been shady since the beginning.

What is there to say? The Yes on Issue 2 people are the same people that are Yes on SB5. I expect nothing less from these types of campaigns, and I expect the same pro-SB5 people from this thread.

to try to defend this type of campaign, but they're quietly missing from here.

Where has it been determined that what was done is illegal?

I see it as just putting words in other people's mouths that I agree with, just like how I believe guns should be outlawed and wealth should be redistributed to all the poor people.

I agree, nothing is illegal, but neither is being stupid or shady. And stupid people have a hard time figuring out who the shady people are.

...The Yes on Issue 2 people are the same people that are Yes on Issue 5...

When you say 'Issue 5', do you mean 'SB5' ?

I only know of 3 statewide issues: 1, 2, and 3.

/...not trying to snark, just making sure I've not missed something.

I agree that's why I feel sorry for the old lady. She was tricked into making the commercial in the first place by some shady people who had their own agenda and used her to promote it. Others have used her words to show the truth about the consequences of being lied to by the shady people.
