Met up with a cool ass friend in pataskala and headed to velvet ice cream from there to iron pony for a new lid, then around Hoover dam up toward alum back across Africa rd through old Westerville to new Albany to Johnstown and back to blue rock. All that and had one hip cramp from what I believe was getting on the bike in a hurry? Slowed down and stretched my leg and kept going.Great day with a great friend.
