Great rifle fun to shoot but trying to move out and ever bit of money helps

Well I'm not going to eat the damn thing. How hard would it he to mount a scope to? Ok what's your definition of "reach out?" 500-600 yards?

And they will shoot out to 1000 meters. not sure how accurate they are at that range but you would be able to hit a yote sized target at 500 with one that has a good barrel.

Or they make a scout mount seems to get better reviews and looks easier to laod the rifle with this one.

Yeah the scout mount seems to get better reviews. Look on you tube there are videos of guys hitting steel at 800-900 meters with the mosin.

My friend uses my old Nagant for coyotes at his farm just iron sights he has a scope and mount for it to be drilled and mounted but it requires a bent bolt which he hasn't got around too
